Embroidery is a satisfying way to relax and play with colors and imagery. It can look so perfect and technical when someone practiced shows off their skills. You might think it's too tedious or difficult for you, but something inside of you is longing to watch a beautiful image unfold as you meditatively pull the thread through that fabric. If you don't know where to begin it can just seem impossible.
It doesn't have to be complicated though! In this video I break down the basic building blocks of embroidery. Trust me when I say anyone can do this! This video is aimed at complete beginners who have never yet had the pleasure of this rewarding past time.
