This scene takes place during the "Ghost of the Machine" arc of Atop the Fourth Wall's storyline, in which Jaeris, a gunslinging freedom fighter from a parallel universe, is locked in ours due to Linkara causing him to be trapped by accident. Here, he's drunk off his ass.
