I always thought this song was about a heartbreak, but it really is more about reassuring someone they deserve to be loved. The title also translates to "Somehow" but it's read as if it meant "Heartless". Fitting when you read the lyrics as the person doesn't understand how can someone be so kind and loving towards them when they struggle to find their own heart.
