For years I have been toying with the idea of a "tech-sculpture" featuring a transparent screen on an iMac so you can see the hardware inside while using it normally. Here is my idea completed. I would not recommend doing this yourself unless you plan on using a secondary monitor. Once the panel has been taken apart it is very hard to see anything displayed. For best viewing results I turned off the lights and played only high contrast images.
