My most recent project involved redoing my tv console. I found one of my Philips Hue LED light strips no longer working correctly. After investigating it seemed like a resistor might be to blame since pinching certain parts fixed the issue temporarily. Instead of soldering the joint I came across this 6 - pin LED strip as a replacement. It was a noticeable upgrade on the original Philips Hue design. Not only was the LEDs size larger, but the spacing was closer together as well. This resulted in a much brighter experience. I even had to turn down the brightness on my regularly used scenes.
