-6 garlic cloves
-1 cup orange juice
-1 cup lime juice
-2 tbsp orange zest
-2 tbsp lime zest
-1/3 cup olive oil
-1 shallot
-1 tbsp cumin
-salt

-cubano bread or soft baguette
-ghee (clarified butter)
-3 slices of ham
-yellow mustard
-mayonnaise
-Swiss cheese
-dill pickles
