Did you fall off your workout routine during a crazy time in your life, and now you're having a hard time finding the motivation and energy to get back into it? I think this is one of those things that we can all relate on! If you have a lot on your plate, it can feel really overwhelming just trying figure out where to start and how you're going to begin incorporating it back into your routine.

I've lost count of how many times I've been there myself. As a matter of fact, I just recently managed to dig myself out of a pretty long rut and I wanted to share all of the things that have helped me on my journey so far. I hope you find some of these tips helpful :)
