How does the body react to living without sunlight for 2.5 months?! I live on Svalbard, an island close to the North Pole, and during winter we have 2.5 months of no daylight at all. We are talking, the darkest of nights for months, that time of year is called Polar Night and the results of it were shocking this year. Not only physically, but also mentally.
