In this video I discuss all things ankle! We cover ankle anatomy, actions, stretches, and mobilization.

The main point of this video is to show you how to properly mobilize your ankle and if you even need to in the first place. A lot of the time we do mobilizations for no reason and this is just wasting time. If you get your joint to a certain point and continually work in that range of motion you should not need regular banded mobilizations or stretching. This is why knowing how to test for good mobility is key. This is also covered in the video.
