I tried making crystalline NaCl with salt.
Salt is made of NaCl (= Sodium chloride).

We need saturated saline solution to make the crystal.
And the solubility curve for NaCl is also useful.

Basically, the solubility of a substance increases with increasing temperature.

Then, saturated saline solution is easily prepared by dissolving salt at high temperature and cooling it down to room temperature.

We can make salt crystals with a glass, tap water, and salt even without a beaker, funnel, or filter paper.
