Sometimes people see white-coloured things falling from the sky and think they are pieces of cloud drifting down. They might look like light foam, bubbles, or flakes. Because they are white and soft-looking, it is easy to assume they are harmless and natural, like snow or mist.

In reality, these substances are often industrial waste or chemical bubbles released into the air by factories. When industries produce chemicals, plastics, or soaps, some of their waste can turn into fine particles or foam that gets carried by the wind. These eventually fall to the ground in surrounding areas.

Many do not realise that such falling white particles can be harmful. They might contain chemicals that can irritate the skin or eyes and affect breathing if inhaled. They may also pollute water sources and soil where they settle. The appearance of these substances hides their true nature, leading people to treat them casually when, in fact, they are a sign of pollution.

It is important to understand that not everything light, white, or cloud-like is safe. Often, it is industrial waste that should have been treated properly before release, but instead ends up falling where people live and work, creating hidden risks for health and the environment.
