CORRECTIONS
22:09 Where we refer to "6.4% of your Wholesale price", in this case we define Wholesale as Net Sales before subtracting discounts, returns, shipping, and taxes. Whilst "Wholesale" and "Net Sales" often align - especially in the retro community with the DTC model - they are not always the same. For clarity the license agreement wording will state "Net Sales".
27:27 Some misunderstood this. That is my bad - I explained how we pitched to StartEngine, but assumed people knew how platforms like that work. It is not a donation - fans invest and get shares in the company. The goal was for fans to own a piece of Commodore that they helped buy. It took 36 emails and 4 pitches, but we were turned down due to their 1% acceptance rate and concerns about a non-USA company vs SEC rules.
