The not-too-distant future. All criminals are no longer kept in prisons, but are taken to a remote deserted island, lying off the sea lanes. The unfortunate have no other choice but to adapt to such living conditions. A kind of prison colony is formed on the island under the control of the cruel Bobby. One day a criminal named Carmen arrives on the island. Carmen decides to leave the colony and try to live on her own.
