Writing a great company mission statement can be difficult. But I'm going to show you how to do it in three simple steps. After answering three questions, you, your team, and your clients will have a clear idea of who you are, why you exist, and where you're headed to help you scale your business correctly.

I also go through some great company mission statement examples from the likes of Tesla, IKEA, and Facebook.

If you think that coming up with a company mission is not important, think again. No matter how small you are, you need a company mission statement from day zero.
