It's soft, moist, and bursting with banana and ton of flavours. It's perfect alongside a nice hot cup of coffee in the morning.

215g All purpose flour
125g brown sugar
1tsp Baking powder
1tsp Baking soda
1tsp mix spice
1/2 tsp All spice
1tsp Nutmeg
3 large ripe banana
1tsp Cinnamon
2oz Melted butter
1 tsp Vanilla
2oz vegetable oil
30g buttermilk or Plain Yogurt
2 eggs
1/4 cup Raisins
1/4 cup Crush Pecans or walnuts
