Note: I am using notepad to open "default.ide"
To adjust wheel sizes of vehicles in gta vice city,
go to your game folder, open data/default.ide
Scroll down to the vehicles section.
Find the vehicle you want to modify.
The wheel size is the last number.
Adjust it between 0 and 1.
Save and close.
