In this episode of Solomon's Vegas Adventures, Solomon and EJ explored Redfish Lake and various other localities in the majestic Sawtooth Range of Idaho.

Stop 1 was Grandjean, a gorgeous viewpoint on Idaho Route 21 between Boise and Stanley, overlooking the Sawtooth Range.

Stop 2 was Redfish Lake, a stunning glacial lake in the Sawtooths, named Redfish Lake because of all of the Sockeye Salmon that frequent the waters to spawn, migrating over 1,000 miles and up 7,200 feet from the Pacific every year, just to bang, lay eggs, die, and complete the circle of life...

Stop 3 was Alturas Lake and its associated hike, another glacial lake in the Sawtooths, this one more seldom visited than Redfish.

Overall, the Sawtooths are absolutely majestic and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking a trip up to that part of Idaho to visit them.
