In this video I carve a Porg out of wood for a friend of mine. The main body is made of alder and the feet and base are made of redwood. This was a fun project, and it encourages me to make more glass eyes and carve animals out of wood.

I also used a wood burner to add texture to the animal's body.

I have been asked by a couple of people to make some owls, so maybe those will appear on here soon.
