Walking through Wind, Rain and Hail (3D Binaural Audio Black Screen)

This is an audio walk on the island of Schiermonnikoog, it's located in the upper north of the Netherlands. It was really stormy weather that day, with lots of wind, rain and hailstorms!

I walked from our apartment to the village and through the village to the dike. From there I followed the trail past the Westerplas to pause at the bird watch hut and after that I walked through the dunes back through the village to our apartment.

During this walk you will hear lots of wind rain and hail and of course my calming footsteps to guide you along. You might hear me huffing and puffing sometimes as well, but you have to remember that it was really cold and wet and the wind took my breath away sometimes! You also can hear hear lots of birds and in the distance you nearly always hear the roaring of the sea.

Because of the rough circumstances, it's a miracle (and a bit of skill) that this recording turned out quite well! But I would like to invite you to judge for yourself and put on some headphones and let yourself be immersed in the ambience of this fantastic island during stormy weather!
