I made a cocktail based on one of the most beloved and legendary staff of Hololive, A Chan. Her birthday is on February 28th. Her retirement was on 2024/06/30. Happy birthday A-Chan, and farewell. Good luck on your next adventure. We will be waiting for your return.

This drink is based on a Japanese Whisky Highball. Here is the recipe:

Cocktail:
2 oz (60 ml) Whisky
Seltzer Water to Top (About 6 oz or 180 ml)
2 Dashes of Yuzu Bitters (Optional)
2 Drops of Saline Solution (Optional)

In a chilled highball glass filled with ice, pour 2 oz (60 ml) Whisky into the glass. Then add optional bitters/saline solution. Lightly stir to mix/chill. Top off with seltzer water and lightly stir again. Optionally garnish with the expressed oil from a lemon peel.
