Shawpak designs, manufactures and builds all tooling in-house offering a complete medical packaging solution.

The initial concept is tailor-made to each customers unique application. The forming drum is completely bespoke to the product and cavities are designed around the size and shape of the medical device. Using the latest CAD technology the mechanical design team develop a tooling solution based on yours requirements.

All parts are then machined in-house at our manufacturing facility which includes a range of CNC routers, a multi-bar turn mill centre and a range of 3 axis and 5 axis milling centres.

Shawpak has dedicated engineers to build all tooling and uses ISO practices to ensure quality and efficiency.

All electrical panels are designed, manufactured and built in-house to UL 508A standards.

Once build is complete dedicated test engineers carry out calibration and in-house testing prior to despatch.
