Many lucid dreamers are afraid of becoming trapped inside of the dream forever. You may have experienced the feeling for yourself... but can this actually happen?

Becoming trapped in a dream is a scary feeling, but you can escape it using a simple trick. In order to do this, however, you need to be aware in the dream.
