This drink is a variation of an original cocktail by Cecilia Immergreen. Her recipe is posted here: x.com/ceciliaimgreen/status/1819101924681306197

Here is my recipe:

Tea Infused Gin:
Let 2 tea bags steep in 8 oz of gin for at least 2 hours. (I used Monkey 47) Taste every 30 mins to an hour to check for bitterness/desired strength.

Mint Infused Simple Syrup:
Heat 200g of sugar with 100g of water (2:1) until dissolved. Add in 40-60 mint leaves and let sit until cool, tasting for desired mint flavor. Optionally add 1 drop of green food coloring.

Serving Glass:
Take 2 long thin strips of cucumber and gently wrap them around the inside of a highball glass, using a spoon to press them against the glass. Fill the rest of the glass with ice.

Cocktail:
Add several slices of cucumber to the bottom of the shaking tin and muddle.
3/4 oz (22.5 ml) Mint Syrup
3/4 oz (22.5 ml) Lime Juice
1.5 oz (45 ml) Tea Infused Gin
2 dashes of orange bitters
2 drops of saline solution
Shake hard with ice for 15 seconds (until frost builds up on your tin)

Empty the contents of your tin into the glass. Top off with 3-4 oz of tonic water. Garnish drink with a bouquet of mint and a lime wheel.
