Wow, for such a dumb idea to make a funny antenna for this contest, this was a real struggle. Not only was it difficult to keep the soup from leaking out of the tube, making a contact was very difficult.

I tried scanning the phone band but it was almost completely dead. After an hour of calling CQ on 20m FT8, I was about to give up but tried calling some of the really strong signals. This strategy worked and I completed a contact with AA4KK from South Carolina.
