A week late! Sorry friends!! Trusting the taper as I head into my final week of training before the Wausau Limitless Race! Dealing with the taper tantrums can be rough, and when the body seems to be not as fit as it was a couple of weeks ago, it can be hard! Off to Wisconsin!
