I made a cocktail based on the VTuber Amelia Watson of Hololive productions. Ame will be graduating at the end of September 2024. This cocktail is my farewell to her.

This drink is a variation of a classic Bee's Knees. Here is the recipe:
Salted Honey Syrup:
120 ml honey (2 parts)
60ml water (1 part)
9g (about 5% salt concentration. Adjust to taste)

Cocktail:
0.5 oz (15 ml) salted honey syrup
0.75 oz (22.5 ml) lemon juice
2 oz (60 ml) Coconut Rum
2 dashes of orange bitters
Shake thoroughly with ice for 15 seconds (until frost builds up on your tin)

Pour over ice in a highball glass. Top with ginger beer, about 3-4 oz (90 - 120ml). Garnish with Japanese Purin. I found these Japanese Mini Purins online.

They only seem to be in Asia/Japan. If you can get it, perfect, if not, I just used a regular purin cup lol.
