■Ingredients (serves 3-4)
・600g minced pork
・3/4 teaspoon salt
・A little pepper
・Potato starch (to taste)
・1 tablespoon mayonnaise

■Procedure
(1) Sprinkle half the salt, pepper, and potato starch on the surface of the minced pork while still in the packaging. (It is recommended to use plenty of pepper.)
(2) Spread the mayonnaise in a frying pan and heat over medium heat. When it has melted a little, add the minced pork from step 1 with the potato starch-coated side down. Reduce heat to low, sprinkle with remaining salt and pepper, and sprinkle with potato starch. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes.
(3) Turn over, reduce heat to medium, and press lightly with a spatula. Cook for about 5 minutes until browned and meat is cooked through. (Remove any fat or scum that appears.
Cut into desired size.)
