If you need a replacement Moen faucet head, you can give Moen a call. If you are the original owner of the product, simply let them know and offer to send them a picture of your faucet. They'll be able to determine the model you have and will typically be able to send out any needed repair parts free of charge.

If you are not the original owner, the warranty will not apply to you, but they will still be happy to help you determine the part you need and can offer you the part number so that you know what to purchase (in some cases, they may even be able to sell it directly on the phone and send it your way).
