In this video, I spent the day eating like Taylor Swift! 🎤🍴 I researched her favourite meals and snacks and recreated them at home. Starting with buckwheat crepes with a fried egg, ham, and parmesan, paired with fresh orange juice, to indulging in a Wendy's Frosty with fries, I tried it all. For lunch, I made a pesto tomato mozzarella panini with homemade lavender lemonade, followed by Ina Garten's mustard fish recipe that Taylor loves. Finally, I baked Taylor's famous sugar chai cookies to top off the day. 🍪

Recipes Included:

Buckwheat Crepes:
1 1/4 cups buckwheat flour
3 large eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil, plus additional for skillet
3/4 cup nonfat milk
3/4 cup (or more) water
1/4 teaspoon salt

Lavender Lemonade:
3 cups water (700ml)
1/2 cup lemon juice (120ml)
1/4 cup honey (60ml)
Handful of lavender sprigs

Mustard Fish:
2 fish fillets
8 tbsp crème fraîche
1.5 tbsp Dijon mustard
0.5 tbsp wholegrain mustard
1 tbsp shallot, minced
1 tbsp capers, drained
Salt & pepper to taste

Sugar Chai Cookies:
1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar, plus more for topping
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 large egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 chai tea bag
