The third generation Mazda RX-7 FD3S (also knwon as ɛ̃fini RX-7) is a front/mid-engine, rear-wheel-drive, rotary engine-powered sports car that was manufactured and marketed by Mazda from 1991 to 2002. The FD had a 1.3L twin-rotor Wankel engine with sequential turbochargers, reaching 276 hp (206 kW) by production end in 2002. . Handling in the FD was regarded as world-class, and it is still regarded as being one of the finest handling and the best balanced cars of all time. The continued use of the front-midship engine and drivetrain layout, combined with a 50:50 front-rear weight distribution ratio and low center of gravity, made the FD a very competent car at the limits. One of the best japanese car for drifitng. They are getting more expensive every time, so buy it without hesitation if you find one for sale for a good price in the used market.
